Moorview Equestrian Centre, a British Horse Society, Pony Club and A.B.R.S. Horse Riding School of Excellence....Located in hundreds of acres of open countyside between the market towns of Darwen and Bolton, but yet still only two minutes away from the motorway network and within easy reach of Belmont, Tockholes, Edgworth, Bromley Cross, Egerton, Blackburn, Ramsbottom, Accrington, Burnley, Bury and Manchester.

Moorview Equestrian Centre is professional, but friendly and has built up an enviable reputation over the last 25 years. Our facilities and teaching are first class yet fantastic value for money and we are one of the leading riding schools in the North West.

Our experienced and friendly staff provide adult and child riding lessons and training for all ages from lead rein riders upwards of three years old. We cater for all abilities from complete beginners, nervous, lost confidence and returning riders to advanced tuition and clinics with or without your own horse or pony.

Throughout the year we have our very popular pony parties and pony club. During the school holidays we always have a range of activities for both children and adults.

Our facilities are available for hire. We also provide livery and stud farm services onsite.

Our online and onsite saddlery shop has an extensive stock of excellent value tack and riding wear for all your requirements including top brands of clothing and riding equipment from Horseware, Weatherbeeta, Masta, Harry Hall, Mountain Horse, Shires, Loveson, Griffin Nuumed, Dublin, Champion and Charles Owen to name but a few.

Gift vouchers can be purchased which can be redeemed towards lessons, parties and our shop.
